The Savaikos have been serving with Wycliffe Bible Translations since 2011. In January of 2013 they moved to Dodoma, Tanzania where Ben served in Operations and Project Reporting while Rose served as the Translation Advisor for the Mbugwe people. In March of 2021 they were unable to renew work permits and so they had to relocate back to the USA.
Currently Ben is a Project Manager in Ethiopia, partnering with national Bible translators as part of a team helping to reach the Bible-less in Ethiopia. Ben's role includes helping to start new Bible translation projects while monitoring ongoing projects.
Rose is a Consultant-in-Training and the Oral Bible Translation Coordinator for Tanzania and has long served as the Translation Advisor for the Mbugwe people.
Please prayerfully consider investing in Bible translation by joining their prayer and financial partnership Team.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
