THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Bijay & Kerry Lama

Bijay & Kerry Lama

Bijay grew up in S. Asia as a Hindu. He and his family became believers after God revealed Himself through a series of miracles. Bijay and Kerry met in S. Asia while Kerry was working to translate Bible stories for an unreached people group. They got married in the States a couple of years later. Their son Avi was born in S. Asia and he is now five years old.

The Lamas work as translation project coordinators. Currently,
they oversee 22 different translation projects going on in S. Asia.
They work alongside the translators to help connect them with
funders, help with project proposals and also help to monitor
translation goals and timelines; all in an effort to get God's word
to those currently without the scriptures.

Please prayerfully consider joining their team of Wycliffe ministry partners.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
