Bill and Sally began their missionary career in 1988 working as translators in the Amahuaca translation project in the Peruvian Amazon. They spent their first 20 years working for language programs in Peru, South America.
In 2011 they moved to Lancaster, SC where Bill serves as Scripture Access Coordinator, which includes both print and digital scripture. Digital access to Scripture has now become a major thrust as Bill researches and coordinates efforts to provide access to scripture through the internet on computers, cell phones, and other digital devices.
Sally had served in the role of Leadership Development Coordinator for the Americas Area for several years. She worked part time with the leadership development team to develop training processes and programs for leaders working throughout the Americas. Sally now works part time in partner communications with their supporters and dedicates most of her time to home schooling 2 grandchildren.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
