THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Bob & Carolyn Lee

Bob & Carolyn Lee

Bob and Carolyn were involved in Bible translation for the Madak people of Papua New Guinea as well as training Nalik and Nomad nationals to translate Scripture into their own languages. The Revised Madak New Testament and Psalms were completed and dedicated in 2012 and the Nalik New Testament was completed in 2024. A fellow colleague is now working with the Nomad translators to complete the Nomad New Testament. Bob served as translation consultant and Carolyn as facilitator to the Nalik and Nomad translators at the New Ireland translation Institute in Papua New Guinea. They are retired and reside in Omaha, Nebraska. God blessed them with 4 children and now with 9 grandchildren. They appreciate your prayers for God's continued help to "Even in old age to produce fruit" as Psalm 92:14 says. Any contributions should be preferenced for the Wycliffe retirement pension of Bob and Carolyn Lee.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
