Bryan serves in a global training role. He has traveled to Latin America, Africa, and Asia to help train Bible translation partners in the areas of spiritual and relational vitality in a multicultural team setting. He also is on the training staff of ICC (Intercultural Communications Course) -- providing pre-field training for new missionaries from Wycliffe and several other organizations. Felicia does marriage and family counseling in the community, working mostly with couples.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
