Dan and Mary Lynne joined Wycliffe in 1996 and have been faithfully committed to supporting Bible translation ever since. Throughout their ministry, they have served in various support roles working in the Philippines and the USA. Currently serving remotely from their home in South Carolina, Dan & Mary Lynne serve missionaries active in Bible translation and language development worldwide.
Dan has been part of the Care Team since 2017, initially serving as a Resource Coordinator before stepping into an Associate Director role. In 2023, he became the Director of the Care Team. Dan provides encouragement and resources to Wycliffe missionaries while offering guidance and supervision to other Care Team staff.
Mary Lynne serves in Wycliffe USA's Finance department, supporting members worldwide as they navigate Wycliffe's financial policies and the IRS guidelines for non-profit organizations. In May 2024, she became the Director of Member Finance, leading a team of seven Member Finance Liaisons. They aim to ensure Wycliffe missionaries receive expert guidance on financial policies and requirements and equip them with the knowledge and resources they need.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
