Galen and Bonnie have been members of Wycliffe since 1976. Galen served as Radio Technician and Bonnie as Administrative Assistant in Colombia, S.A from January 1982 until the end of 1995. Upon learning that the Lomalinda jungle center where they had served closed, they took assignments at JAARS.
Galen served as a Computer Hardware Specialist and Communications Specialist. Bonnie worked as an Administrative Assistant at the JAARS Clinic, helped with Computer and Wireless purchasing and shipping, assisted with logistics for Total It Up and most recently served at the Language Services Center reception desk.
Galen has made short trips to Indonesia and Guinea Bissau, Africa, to help with Communications and together they spent 8 months in 2013-2014 serving in Papua New Guinea.
After 43 years of service with Wycliffe, the Stutzmans retired on September 30, 2019. After that date, any contributions given to the Stutzmans will go toward their Wycliffe Retirement pension account.
Any contributions should be accompanied by a note “preferenced for the Wycliffe retirement pension of Galen and Bonnie Stutzman”.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
