It’s estimated that there are around 1.5 billion people who do not yet have the full Bible in their primary language. While this number is staggering and can feel insurmountable, Bible translation projects are getting started at a faster pace than ever! Many of these projects are being started by local pastors or congregations. But with this surge of new translation projects comes the need for translation consultants, specialists who serve alongside these translation teams to help produce accurate, clear, and accessible Bible translations.
Jase and Jana, after seeing the need for translation consultants, joined Convergence, a new Wycliffe program to help train up and mentor the next generation of translation consultants. Having a love for the Biblical languages combined with a passion for discipleship in the local church context, Jase is excited to serve alongside local translation teams to help produce a translation of God’s Word into their heart language! With her background in education and administrative experience, Jana is looking forward to supporting the family at home and finding ways to serve where there might be need.
But Bible translation takes a whole team of people who are willing to partner with them in this work. Would you consider joining Jase and Jana’s ministry team through prayer, encouragement, or financial support?

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
