Jay serves in Bible translation is as a Field Project Manager (FPM) for the Seed Company, an affiliate of Wycliffe. He oversees and facilitates Seed Company partner organizations in Eurasia in order to accelerate the completion of Bible translation projects. In this role, Jay currently overseas 21 different languages being translated into the Bible as well as nationals being trained as Bible Translation Consultants. Jay also trains other Seed Company FPM's in the areas of finance, budgeting, and best practices. Jay's passion is to manage for quality results, which is one of Seed Company's core values.
Julie is currently working as an elementary teacher in the Charlotte, NC area. She teaches English for multi-lingual learners (ESL/ELL), and loves this opportunity to help young learners thrive in their schooling.
Jay and Julie live stateside, but the emphasis of their work continues to be in the Eurasia. They are so thankful for the team that partners with them in their Wycliffe ministry through prayer, friendship, and/or finances.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
