José and Lisa and their children Laura (2008), Samuel (2011) and Ruthie (2015) are so grateful to be serving the Lord in missions with Wycliffe Bible Translators.
After having worked in Peru for 15 years, they are now in Dallas, Texas. José fills a critical role in Computer Technical Support for the Americas Area. He works to keep the technology running so that Bible translation can advance as efficiently as possible. He especially enjoys supporting and training in the use of language software programs which greatly increase the accuracy of translation work.
Lisa helps at the International Health Services Clinic located at the Dallas Center. She loves serving at the front desk and scheduling the staff each month. She is also on the team that translates materials into Spanish and Portuguese for our colleagues in Latin America.
The Chambillas know and love the Word of God. They desire that everyone have the opportunity to hear of God’s love and forgiveness through His Word.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
