THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Karen Bradley

Karen Bradley

Dave and Karen Bradley served together for many years in eastern Africa. Dave worked alongside national translators in the Democratic Republic of Congo as a mentor and consultant. Karen cared for their family and, for the last seven years, she taught ESL at Rosslyn Academy in Nairobi, Kenya.

On January 14, 2019, Dave unexpectedly suffered cardiac arrest and went to his heavenly home. Karen and their five adult children miss him deeply but trust in the Lord’s sovereign, steadfast love.

Karen continues to serve with Wycliffe and feels blessed to be a part of the SIL International English Team. Through teaching English, this team helps equip and encourage colleagues around the world so they can more effectively do translation, administration, and language work.

Thank you for considering how you might partner with Karen in her Wycliffe ministry.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
