Why Bible Translation? To make God’s Word accessible to all people in their own language. Bible translation is foundational to every aspect of Christian ministry. It leads to evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. It transforms lives as people become followers of Christ.
What about those who don't read? Vernacular Media Services exists to present the newly translated message of God's love into forms that even they can understand using media such as video, audio mp3, story telling, and flannel graph. As Director of VM Training, Ken will be teaching others to help language personnel broaden the impact of their Bible translations. Training others also includes empowering nationals with skills necessary to increase the impact of Scriptures in their own mother tongues.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
