Thank you for your consideration to join Barbara Labrecque's Wycliffe partnership team. From 2000-2013, the Labrecque family served the people of Paama and Southeast Ambrym in the South Pacific country of Vanuatu. In May 2016, the 2 New Testaments along with significant portions of the Old Testament in each language in both printed and audio format were dedicated. So many people played a part in making that possible.
Since 2013, Barbara has been serving at Wycliffe Canada's training school, the Canada Institute of Linguistics (CanIL) in British Columbia, Canada which trains the next generation of Bible translation advisors and Scripture use and literacy workers going out into all the world. Each year, students graduate from CanIL's programs, join Bible translation organizations, and begin working in minority language groups throughout the world.
Barbara is current serving full time at CanIL. Your partnership helps to ensure that God and His Word are being made known to the ends of the earth. Thank you for your partnership through prayer and support to continue this ministry.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
