THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Mason & Christen Martin

Mason & Christen Martin

Mason and Christen became members of Wycliffe in 2016. After seven years of serving as a navigator on the B-52 in the U.S. Air Force, Mason changed careers to serve in Bible translation, where the battle is bigger and the weapon, the Word of God, is exponentially stronger. In 2013, Mason and Christen participated in Perspectives on the World Christian Movement, where they learned about God's overarching plan of redemption through Christ as seen from Genesis to Revelation. This training launched them into serving Christ in a full-time mission capacity with the biblical goal of seeing Him worshipped in every tribe and language.

Mason works in project funding to accelerate Scripture translation across Asia, Africa, and Europe. His role as a Field Coordinator involves planning, tracking, and encouraging translation teams as they draft, check, and publish Scripture. The key principles of ownership, partnership, relationship, stewardship, and accelerated impact guide each step of what he does. The Martins are based in Orlando, Florida, where they home-educate their children, Ezekiel, Eden, and Isaiah.

They invite you to join their Wycliffe ministry team through prayer and financial giving.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
