THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Pat & Melenda Edmiston

Pat & Melenda Edmiston

Pat and Melenda worked in translation and literacy among the Alamblak people in Papua New Guinea, dedicating the Alamblak New Testament in 2004.
They now serve Bible translation through training and consulting. Pat trains Papua New Guinean nationals in Bible translation principles and consults with them on books of Scripture which they have prepared for his final check. Melenda is involved with Wycliffe's Equip course for new missionaries. She facilitates the online learning phase for the new members before they come to the Wycliffe headquarters in Orlando.
They invite you to join their team of prayer and financial partners as they equip new missionaries and accelerate Bible translation work around the world.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
