Paula works in Papua New Guinea in the Urim language Bible translation project with Pirkko Luoma, who is working remotely from Finland. Paula serves in several roles: project manager, promoting the use of the Urim Scriptures, and assisting the Urim literacy supervisors. The Urim New Testament dedication date is set for Sept. 10, '25. Please pray for a celebration that honors the Lord, and is a meaningful time for the Urim people. Also pray for the Urim people to be eager to purchase their New Testament, and that God's words of truth and life will make an eternal impact on individual lives as well as transforming Urim communities. Two Scripture Use courses are planned after the dedication, to help with using the new book, as well as basic Bible study tools. Some aspects of the project that are nearing completion: *Urim audio NT, *Urim "Mark" film (LUMO), *Urim Scripture slide sets, *Urim Scripture app, *easy-reading Urim literacy books--for reading fluency, *Urim Reading app, *revision of the Urim-TokPisin-English Picture Dictionary, and a *reprint of the Urim Christian song book. You are invited to become a prayer or financial partner in Paula's ministry with Wycliffe.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
