Sarah moved to West Asia in 2006 to join those working to provide God’s Word in the heart languages of communities there. She has the joy of assisting with two New Testament translation projects, and has also advised teams on a few Old Testament portions. She became a translation consultant in 2021. In this role, she continues to work with translation teams as they seek to translate God’s Word clearly, naturally, and accurately.
In addition to translation work, Sarah is also the Contingency Preparedness Officer for those serving with the organization in the country where she lives. In that role, she monitors security-related issues and remains in communication with leadership about potential areas of concern. She also ministers to women and children, as God brings them into her life.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
