Cristina has just joined Wycliffe! She grew up as a Wycliffe missionary kid in Spain, Equatorial Guinea, and Cameroon. In 2016, she completed a masters in Applied Linguistics with PROEL (Wycliffe Spain) in Spain, and then worked with her parents, Scott and Margaret, on Scripture promotion projects in Equatorial Guinea. Back in the States she has been able to take time off each year to teach intensive courses at the PROEL masters program.
In Spain, Cristina will be expanding her responsibilities with the masters program, which trains people from all over the world for work in Bible translation. She also plans to work in Scripture promotion with various languages that have New Testament translations.
Cristina has begun the process of developing her prayer and financial partner team. This team of individuals, families and churches are essential to further the work of Bible translation, so that people of every language can know Jesus through God's Word. She invites you to be a part of this work, to pray for her and to invest financially in her Wycliffe ministry.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
