Since 1980 Steve and Debbie have served Bible translation colleagues through aviation and health services. In 2022 they joined JAARS’ new Global Operations team based in Waxhaw, North Carolina. Steve is applying his experience to bring technical and logistical solutions and support to the worldwide Bible translation and Scripture engagement community. There are over a hundred and twenty international and local organizations partnered with Wycliffe to effectively meet this. Steve is serving as JAARS’ International Aviation Regulation and Training manager.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
