Steven and Holly Hong has been working in Papua New Guinea since 1988. They translated the New Testaments in Mandara language for 4000 people who live on 4 small islands called Tabar islands. Currently, Steven is working with Lihir people and Holly is working as a Islands regional director, serving more than 30 current Bible translation projects in the region.
홍성호, 현숙 선교사는 1988년 부터 파푸나 뉴기니에서 성경번역 선교사역을 하고 있습니다. 2010년에는 4개의 작은 섬에서 사는 4000 명의 만다라 부족어로 번역된 신약성경을 봉헌했습니다. 현재 홍성호 선교사는 2번째 성경번역 사역으로 근처의 리히르섬에 사는 리히르 부족 사람들을 위해서 신약성경 번역을 돕고 있고 홍현숙 선교사는 파푸아 뉴기니 섬지역의 지역 대표로써 그 지역 30여 부족들을 위한 성경번역 사역들을 지원하며 섬기고 있습니다.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
