Tim and Sharon Scanlon live near Dallas, Texas, and the International Linguistics Center. The Scanlons have been Wycliffe members since 2014 and are motivated by the life-changing power of God's Word.
As the Director of Workforce Mobilization, Tim provides leadership for Wycliffe Bible Translators USA as we mobilize, recruit, prepare, and place new workers into priority roles that accelerate Bible translation. Tim and Sharon's Wycliffe ministry helps ensure that we have the new missionaries needed to do this work.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
