Tracy currently serves at JAARS in North Carolina. She is involved in developing and implementing new multi-generational programming and resources. Her goal is to encourage, equip, and engage people of all ages in reaching the last languages through the work of Bible Translation. Tracy's dream is to see a new generation rise up to be torch bearers for the needs of the Bibleless and unreached.
Tracy previously served in Tanzania as a language assessment specialist. She returned to the USA to fulfill God's call on her life in youth ministry. In 2006, she returned to Wycliffe to continue to serve within that call. Prior to coming to JAARS Tracy served as program coordinator for Jungle Jump Off-IL before moving to our Orlando headquarters as Assoc. Director of Mobilization Programs (previously called Next Generation Ministries).

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
