The Brauns are in Port Vila, Vanuatu in the field of Scripture Engagement. They are working with the local Ni-Van community in areas such as discipleship, biblical literacy, critical thinking, and oral Bible storytelling. They desire to come alongside and support local churches and the translation teams working across the islands of Vanuatu. Will you join the Brauns in prayer that local believers will know how to understand God's Word, in their language, in such a way that they would live changed lives, through changed hearts, by faith in the love and joy of Jesus?
They do not have a Ministry Budget as described below, but for their assignments, they pay upfront costs and then present IRS-approved business receipts to Wycliffe for reimbursement. Your gifts in preference for their Wycliffe ministry will help them have funds with which they can be reimbursed.
Examples of these reimbursements include covering transportation costs within Vanuatu, for ministry related projects, the creation and printing of training materials, purchasing new technology for projects, and many more. Please write to the Brauns and ask what they are working on and how you can help!

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
