THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Andy & Christina

Andy & Christina

Andy and Christina are based in the US and serve as the translation advisors and project manager for a diaspora Bible translation project among a least reached language community. There are almost no known believers and no published Scripture in this language. This language is spoken by a community where translation would be difficult or nearly impossible to do in the homeland. Christina and Andy are part of the Global Diaspora Services team, which is committed to engaging and collaborating with diaspora communities (immigrants, refugees, international students, etc.) throughout the world to translate the Bible into their mother tongues and to improve Scripture access. Andy and Christina are thrilled to use their training in linguistics and translation, as well as their prior experiences in Papua New Guinea and Mexico, to work alongside a mother-tongue translator through the process of translating Scripture. Their vision is to see Scripture made available in this unreached language community so that all people might know the truth of who God is. Christina and Andy are passionate about Bible translation and Scripture access–are you? Will you consider partnering with their Wycliffe ministry through prayer and finances?

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
