Pat and Joanne arrived in the Philippines in July 1968, assigned to the Nasuli center in the south. They praise the Lord that he enabled them to serve in many roles—children’s home parents for the first two years and later Pat served as center superintendent and center administrator. Joanne worked as radio operator, child care, and housing manager.
In 1988 they moved to the JAARS Center in North Carolina where Pat served as center administrator and on the creative services staff. Joanne served in the child care department.
Now, after more than 67 years with Wycliffe, they are on retirement status. Pat lives in the Cowan Retirement Apts at the ILC Center in Dallas and Joanne is in Assisted Living with Dementia. Gifts will go toward their Wycliffe retirement pension account.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
