THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Bryan & Joan Wussow

Bryan & Joan Wussow

Bryan and Joan love God’s Word. God used it to transform them. Before they were married, they were amazed to learn that Bryan’s engineering skills were needed in missions. They began serving with Wycliffe in 1991.
For 33 years Bryan focused his career on developing computer software that supports language work worldwide—Bible translation, literacy, and Scripture engagement. Today he is a member of the JAARS Research & Development Engineering team, working on projects that support JAARS missionary aviation and training services. Joan’s artistic and hostess skills have been put to use in ethnic and museum-quality displays, hospitality, ethnic meals, and in the past—illustrations in literacy primer booklets in Papua New Guinea.
Another 801 language communities are still waiting for Bible translation to begin in their language.
We invite you to partner in Bryan and Joan’s Wycliffe ministry through your encouragement, prayer, and financial partnership. Please join them in eliminating Scripture poverty around the world.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
