THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Christina Schrader

Christina Schrader

Since childhood, Christina has had a passion for words and the power of language. In high school, she began to consider the injustice of Bible inequality and the urgent task of translation. Wycliffe’s work is a cause Christina wanted to be part of, and in college she began working toward that. She studied Linguistics and Biblical Studies and completed an internship with Wycliffe in Asia. After 5 years of preparation, Christina is headed overseas as a career Wycliffe missionary to serve as a Linguistic Specialist in Togo & Benin, where 15 translation projects are currently underway. She looks forward to helping bring God’s Word to people in a language and form that they can clearly understand. Such work was not meant to be completed alone.

Please prayerfully consider investing in Bible translation by becoming a prayer and financial partner in Christina’s Wycliffe ministry.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
