THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Zebak, Victor

Zebak, Victor

V. Dean Zebak serves as a Wycliffe Volunteer with the SIL International Audit Team, which includes audits for Wycliffe and SIL. After many years of experience in audit and financial positions in industry, Dean is excited to be able to use that experience to serve Wycliffe to help them exercise their audit requirements as well as overall good stewardship and accountability for their finances and operations around the world.

Dean has completed his first audit assignment in 2020. He found the experience to be rewarding and really enjoyed getting to know the personnel and hearing their stories about how God has used them and led them to their current roles. He hopes to be involved in a couple of audits annually for the indefinite future. This would include some overseas assignments starting in 2021.

Dean has been married to Jennifer for more than 25 years and they have a 13-year old daughter named Grace. Dean hopes that his family can visit during some of the projects and possibly volunteer in different ways. He hopes that his work can contribute in a small but meaningful way to supporting the administrative needs of Wycliffe and to making it possible for God’s Word to be translated into many more languages so that peoples all over the world can have the Bible in their native languages!

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
