THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Dale & Linda Duhe

Dale & Linda Duhe

Dale and Linda began serving in the Philippines in 1983. They learned the Palawano Brooke's Point language and culture by living among them. From then until now, translation, literacy and community development projects have been in progress. Finally in 2014, the Palawano New Testament was published with some Old Testament portions in diglot with Tagalog. Amid great rejoicing, the New Testament was dedicated in Sept. 2014. God's Word has been distributed in both written and audio formats by Bible Listening Group Leaders use the Proclaimer audio units as trained by Faith Comes By Hearing staff. Since then the Duhes worked remotely to produce literacy materials and a student dictionary. As retired volunteers, they are seeking what God would have them do to encourage the Palawano leadership. Linda would like to be a mentor to the literacy & health project workers. The Plus1 Palawano team works towards reducing the infant mortality rate in the highlands and combats malaria. They would appreciate your prayers as they volunteer.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
