Doug and Jo became members of Wycliffe Bible Translators in 1995. They both served in supportive roles in Papua New Guinea ’97 to 2000. Doug was a single-engine pilot and Jo served as an administrative assistant in the director’s office. They are currently assigned to Wycliffe’s headquarters in Orlando.
Jo serves as the Director of Coaching for SIL Global, where she leads a global network of coaches who support mission workers in personal and leadership development. With over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals during times of transition, Jo is passionate about helping others stay rooted in God's purpose amid life's challenges.
Doug serves as Prayer and Project Data Coordinator on Wycliffe’s Global Partnerships Team. One of his main goals is to reduce the time it takes to get urgent prayer requests from the field to committed donors and prayer partners—creating a more dynamic connection between people, churches, and the work of Bible translation around the world.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
