Supporting Bible Translation in Cameroon, Africa through the non-printed word. After 150 years of literacy based strategy we realize we will miss half of the world if they must learn to read. That is where we come in as Vernacular Media Specialists. We are based in the capital city of Yaoundé. We work with translators and literacy workers to come up with non-print ideas for putting the Scriptures into the hands of people. We use things like the JESUS Film, LUKE film, Acts film, Hope film, DVDs, CDs, VCDs, and micro SD cards. We believe that no one should be left behind be cause they cannot read. The Lord blessed us with Eliana during our first term. She was born right here in Cameroon! Would you prayerfully consider joining our ministry team? Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
