Wendy and Don Tinsch were brought up in a missions-minded church. They want to serve God wherever He desires to use them.
The Tinsch family volunteered during summer vacations for over fifteen years at Jaars, a Wycliffe partner organization, in NC. From the first tour of the center, they were all in on Bible translation work and the importance of getting the Word of God to every language group.
In summer 2018, Don searched the Jaars website for career missionary opportunities. When he clicked on Skilled Maintenance Technician, what he saw overwhelmed him. Don’s picture was featured with the job. Don and Wendy felt this was a direct invitation from God to fill the need. They became Wycliffe members. They desire to start their assignment in the Construction and Maintenance Department soon.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
