Charlie and Kathy serve with the Mexico Branch of SIL. Kathy is a Language Program Manager, overseeing the plans and activities of the Mexico Bible translation programs. She helps language teams keep up with the latest financial accountability requirements, advises them on issues ranging from personal safety to continuing education needs, and works with them to resolve the inevitable unanticipated problems that come up in multi-year, cross-cultural projects.
Charlie provides computer support for Mexico Branch members, offering everything from troubleshooting and repair to training and migration services for teams moving to newer hardware and software systems. (He is currently busy helping branch members move to Windows 10.) As chairman of the branch's Executive Committee, Charlie organizes meetings with the administration three times a year to evaluate our progress in Mexico.
The Lehardys are based in Catalina, AZ, where they live near their two children, Charlie and Hannah.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
