Gerry and Julie love serving the Lord in Bible translation with the Mexico Branch of SIL; Gerry as a Language Technology and Media Specialist and Julie as a member of the personnel team, which endeavors to help members and associates thrive in their assignments. They previously worked in a translation project for three small Totonac villages resting on the peaks of lush green mountains in Mexico. The gospel of Luke was published in Xinulajgsipij Totonaco and the Jesus Film was released. By God's grace, many who never understood Jesus' words have now watched the video and engaged with Luke's detailed record of His life and work. These works remain available at ScriptureEarth.org to help them grow in faith and understanding. Gerry and Julie continue to keep in touch with their Totonac friends, praying for God's rich blessings to be poured out on them through Christ as they understand how great His love is for them, and for an ever-deepening hunger to know Him better.
The Andersens are delighted to now serve other teams that are involved in making Jesus' words understood as well. They recognize, like never before, the importance of co-laborers like you: interceders, encouragers and financial partners that stand with them in an effort to freely give what they have freely received.
Thank you for taking the time to inquire into Wycliffe's vision of sharing God's Word in the heart language of the millions who are still waiting for it. Thanks for your interest in Gerry and Julie, in the powerful, life-giving message that now reaches the ears of some who never heard it before, and for your prayerful consideration of how you can be a part of this amazing work that began in the heart of God before the foundation of the world!

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
