Nate and Darlene have been members of Wycliffe since 2015 and served in Senegal, West Africa for seven years in the areas of Human Resources and Finance before moving into remote roles for the French speaking African region. More recently, both Nate and Darlene have accepted positions serving in Global departments, Nate in the Global HR department and Darlene in the Global Finance department.
Knowing that Bible translation takes a team of people with many different skill sets, Nate and Darlene enjoy using their business service and accounting backgrounds to help further the process of Bible translation. Nate is serving as the Senior Director of Workforce Innovation Strategies, leading teams in the areas of Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Strategic Workforce Planning. Darlene is continuing to serve as the Remote Accountant for Senegal and also as an Accountant for the Global Finance department. She appreciates the opportunity to continue working with her team in Senegal while also helping with the broader finances at the global level.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
