Jeff serves as Director of Special Projects and Language Programs Manager by helping with a variety of organizational leadership tasks and oversees 4 language projects in Southern Tanzania. Holly is a Linguistics Consultant primarily focused on producing natural writing systems for the Isenye and Hangaza languages. They are currently based in Kigali, Rwanda.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
