Since 1996, Keith and Debbi have been committed to supporting Bible Translation. While serving in support roles both stateside and overseas in various capacities, their goal remains the same: eradicating Biblical poverty. Everyone deserves to have God’s Word in the format and language that serves them best. In his member care Operations Manager role, Keith diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves HR system process issues and provides training for the Member Care and Resources Teams. He also assists these teams with processes designed to help them effectively meet the member care needs of the Wycliffe USA members they serve around the globe. In February 2025, Keith added an additional HR Systems Assistant role with one of Wycliffe’s partner organizations, SIL. In this role, Keith assists SIL’s HR staff worldwide by entering and maintaining their data in the HR System to ensure data integrity and he provides support to various HR functions. Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
