Barry and Karen went to Peru in 1993. For 11 years they served in the jungle, Barry in accounting and computers and then as Director of Jungle Operations. Karen taught missionary children and served as Center Hostess. In 2004, they moved to Lima where they supervised translation programs together. In 2007, Barry became Director of Financial Operations and Karen continued overseeing translation, literacy and training. Karen later served in Church Mobilization and Professionalization. Barry and Karen moved to Orlando, FL in February 2015 when they were asked to come to Wycliffe’s headquarters to serve the worldwide team. Barry is the Director of Corporate Accounting. Karen is presently using her gift of adaptability by helping in various departments as needs arise.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
