Loren & Kensey have served with Wycliffe since 2001. After serving one term in Dallas at the International headquarters, they began serving in Papua New Guinea in 2008.
Initially Loren lead the Communications & Technical Services (CTS) team. In June 2013 he was asked to serve as the Director of Support Services, overseeing eight departments which provide technical and practical skills to the larger linguistic community. In January 2017, he led the Aviation department in providing air transport to remote language communities until a serious motorbike accident in May 2018.
Kensey assists the PNG branch with purchasing and logistics needs, bringing needed equipment and parts from various locations around the globe. Together, the couple has been leading the way in solar power installations both in Ukarumpa and remote translation offices.
The Ledebuhr family returned to the USA in June 2019 to continue Loren's medical care. As of October 2020, he was cleared to return to work in Papua New Guinea. God had other plans with a world-wide pandemic. Instead Loren joined the Solar Power Design team that serves translators over the world. Kensey continues her purchasing and logistics roles remotely.
Is God calling you to partner with Loren & Kensey in their Wycliffe ministry, serving the language communities of Papua New Guinea?

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
