THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Liz Kim

Liz Kim

Liz grew up overseas as a third culture kid, missionary kid, and pastor’s kid in East Asia. Following God’s call, she graduated from Biola University in Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. After catching the vision to engage with the Deaf community, she was introduced to Wycliffe Bible Translators. She has served in multiple local and abroad capacities, including student government leadership, residential advising, church relations, and administrative development. She continues to cultivate greater skills in administration and foster a passion for church ministry and discipleship.   Liz is thrilled to join Wycliffe’s Church Relations department and inspire church leaders across the Western region of the United States to be resourced with prayer initiatives, financial support, training materials, VBS curriculums, and more to support the active ministry of Bible translation. She hopes to mobilize minority Deaf churches to serve in missions through their heart language. Please prayerfully consider investing in Bible translation by becoming a prayer and financial partner in Liz’s Wycliffe journey.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
