Developing and building leaders was seen as second only to prayer in seeing Wycliffe’s Vision 2025 become a reality. Leadership is key as we both move ahead in the JAARS programs and ministries and work around the world. Glen and Ellen continue to live near the JAARS Center Campus where Glen contributes to the management and leadership training of 60 supervisors and managers. Additionally Glen works with the Wycliffe Global Alliance as a leadership and management consultant and training facilitator. He works both from Waxhaw and has traveled to Indonesia, Australia, and Bulgaria in the last year. He anticipates a trip to Solomon Islands and elsewhere in the coming year. Ellen serves our JAARS Campus ministries as a worship and music coordinator for weekly meetings and special events. She also teaches piano to young missionary musicians.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
