Steve and Rebecca met while on staff at a Bible camp growing up. While both felt a vague call to Christian ministry at that time, it wasn’t until Steve was in Marine Corps flight training that a friend introduced him to JAARS and the important role of technology, and specifically aviation, in missions. Steve and Rebecca married shortly after that and started planning to serve in missionary aviation, while still in the Marine Corps. After getting out of the military in 2016, Steve attended aircraft maintenance training at Moody Bible Institute. They have returned to Moody Bible Institute in Spokane, Washington to invest in the next generation of missionary pilots and mechanics who will fill the critical aviation roles needed to accomplish Bible translation in isolated areas. Moody has a long tradition of training missionary pilots and mechanics. Steve will serve as an aircraft mechanic. Their daughter, Deborah, is six years old.
Please consider joining Steve and Rebecca’s Wycliffe ministry as a prayer and financial partner.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
