Dave and Martha have been supporting the work of Bible Translation with Wycliffe for over 35 years.
Dave currently serves as a Strategic Innovations Consultant with four areas of focus:
1. French Speaking Africa - Looking at the final languages that need translation in this area of the world and seeking creative strategies to reach them.
2. Working with four multi-language projects in South Asia comprising 63 languages.
3. Translation Quality Assurance - Provide administrative guidance for a pilot project of Consultants-in-Training from nontraditional [nonlinguistic] backgrounds
4. Working with a partner organization who is networking with churches in six countries around the world. These six church based partners are doing Bible translation in approximately 90 languages.
Martha is a writer and editor by trade who has just completed 18 years of teaching home school and is taking a sabbatical. Dave enjoys distance running and orchids . Martha enjoys reading, being creative and whatever peace and quiet that comes her way.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
