Phil and Peggy are working at JAARS, the technical branch of Wycliffe, located near Waxhaw, NC. Their Wycliffe financial partnership team is not yet complete and they are trusting God to lead others to help complete it. A number of roles are covered by Phil and Peg at the JAARS Center.
Phil is using his skills in CADD (computer aided drawing and design) to support the JAARS Aviation department. He is involved with design, development, and animation of aviation parts and engines for production and training.
Peggy is the Director of the JAARS Health Clinic, providing basic health care, medical training, immunizations, and consultation as well as procurement and supply for overseas medical needs.
Both Phil and Peggy enjoy using their many years of overseas experience to support and prepare new workers for healthier ministries physically, technically, relationally, and spiritually.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
