Rob and Bintou serve in Gabon, Africa. There are roughly 50 people groups in Gabon and only a few have a portion of Scripture available in their own language. Rob and Bintou partner with the local churches to support Bible translation and facilitate distribution of God’s Word throughout the country.
They also serve the ministry at Bongolo hospital, their home in the heart of the Gabon rainforest. Bongolo hospital is a non-profit Christian mission hospital. As a pilot, Rob flies the "Bongolo Medical Aviation" airplane which is the vital link for staff, patients and supplies to this rural hospital and manages the IT infrastructure for the hospital.
Bintou works as a physician at the hospital with an emphasis in ophthalmology. Bintou is excited by the freedom she has to share the gospel with her patients while caring for their physical needs. She also trains and leads worship and children's ministries in the local church.
We invite you to join their Wycliffe prayer and financial team.

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
