Scott and Polly have served with Wycliffe for over 37 years in a variety of administrative roles, including the Togo/Benin Branch in West Africa, the Philippines Branch, directing the Members in Training department in Dallas, 12 years as Personnel Director for our work in Indonesia, directing the Staffing team and now directing the Launch team. Polly managed the commissary in the Philippines and served as a computer specialist for several years.
Scott is currently Director for Wycliffe's Launch team, helping oversee the team guiding new members during their pre-field preparation and their first term overseas. Scott is also the HR Coordinator for Global Partnerships and chairs the board for Canada Institute of Linguistics at Trinity Western University, where many of our translators and language teams are trained.
In addition to their work with Wycliffe, Scott and Polly are very involved with ministry in their local church. Scott is a group leader with Bible Study Fellowship.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
