Mark and Rachel have served with Wycliffe since 1991, when they took their young family to Madrid, Spain, for two years, to serve with PROEL (Wycliffe Spain)...and returned in 2012 to serve in Dallas at the International Linguistics Center!
They are versatile servants, having filled many vital administrative roles during these ensuring years; from hosting a guest house for SIL colleagues (together), to serving as Assistant for Administration to the Executive Director of SIL (Mark); providing member care for teams working in North Africa(together); to logistical planning for SIL International Conference (together).
While they enjoy working together best, in their current roles, they continue serving the wider Bible Translation effort--Mark, by providing oversight to the International Linguistics Center operations staff--and Rachel, on the leadership team for the Americas, as HR Director.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget
Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.
This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
