THE WYCLIFFE MINISTRY OF

Courtney & Beth Zehr

Courtney & Beth Zehr

Courtney and Beth have been members of Wycliffe Bible Translators since 2007. God has given them a deep desire to see the Bible come into the hands of those who do not yet have access. Courtney has served as a Pilot and Mechanic and also has been very involved in training and discipling nationals in both aviation maintenance and flight. Beth served in the home with their three children and found many practical ways to help out translation teams. They served the isolated indigenous people of Papua, Indonesia for 11 years where the only viable transportation to remote villages is through Aviation.

In September 2021 Courtney and Beth have taken on new roles by going on loan to Moody Aviation in Spokane, Washington. Moody Aviation specializes in training missionary pilots and mechanics. The Zehrs are serving in the student life department mentoring, descipling, practical training, cultural adaptation etc. The Zehrs are excited to play this crucial role to help train up future missionaries.

Wycliffe Ministry Budget

Wycliffe establishes a Ministry Budget for its members to reflect recurring expenses related to family factors and their geographic location of service. Giving to Wycliffe directly impacts members' ability to begin and remain in their assignment.

This monthly budget covers ministry-related expenses, insurance and retirement, social security and taxes, and Wycliffe administrative costs. The remainder is what the members receive as "take-home pay" for their daily living expenses.
